Grout Systems was contracted to design and install a Sheeting & Shoring System with an 8’ to 30’ cut consisting of H-Piles, Lagging, Walers and Tieback Soil Anchors to support excavation for the construction of the new Center for Architecture and Design at Kent State University. We also installed 350 Augercast Piles to rock for the structural support of the new five-story, 110,000 square foot building.
